About Kvasir Analytics

Kvasir is an early stage Knowledge Management company creating solutions for enterprises based on Kvasir’s unique AI, ML, and Semantic indexing and search technology. Kvasir is a spin-out from Cambridge University and our founders are all professors, readers, and researchers at Cambridge University’s Computer Lab.

Kvasir’s technology has been proven with proof of concepts with large organisations, and with seed funding now secured we are looking to build the company and the team to fully commercialise the products and take us to the next level.

About the Role

The VP Sales will be the first dedicated sales professional in the Kvasir team. As part of the senior management team your role will be to:

  • Hands-on generation new enterprise leads and management of the sales pipeline
  • Turn this leads initially into customer trials and ultimately into paying customers
  • Account management of trial and paying customers
  • Creation and implementation of the partnership strategy
  • Support for marketing as required (eg creation of collateral, events, PR)
  • Build out the Sales, account management and partnership team as the company develops

About you

Core Skills and Experiences

  • 10+ years experience of SaaS enterprise sales with a proven successful track record of managing sales through the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close, to ongoing account management and revenue optimisation
  • Sector experience in the sale of knowledge management, data management, or other complex software technologies
  • Demonstrable experience of building sales teams from zero to high performance revenue generation
